We’re on this journey together. Sometimes all you need is a non-judgmental space to express yourself and be heard. We can partner and tackle life's challenges that you feel are holding you back from living your best life. Whether you're trying to navigate how to take care of an aging parent, dealing with chronic health conditions, a young adult struggling with anxiety or depression, or you need guidance to help with weight loss or smoking cessation - together we can work through those challenges.
 I hold a graduate certificate in Gerontology and Dementia but can work with adults of all ages. I offer neurocognitive assessments for those with concerns about their memory. I am also a certified in Health Coaching, Mindfulness, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
 My approach to therapy will be as unique as you are; no two paths are the same, therefore, no treatment should be the same. I use several treatment modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Strength-Based, Stoicism, and Mindfulness/Meditation. Let's take this journey together.

Why do I like being a therapist?
I’ve been a Social Worker for a long time and I always knew I wanted to go into private practice. Everyone is so unique and I genuinely love getting to know each individual client for who they are, where they are, and who/where they want to be.
