Why do you like being a therapist?

I enjoy the alliance between a counselor and client. The collaboration of brave vulnerability and open-minded support show us how powerful connection can truly be. It is remarkable and inspiring to see how humans can transform their lives by honing insight and being in the present moment.

 

Why can people benefit from therapy?

I believe we all have the capacity to manifest and achieve the changes we want to see in our lives. By being courageous enough to ask for help and seek support, we can equip ourselves for the process and journey of transformation through partnership with an empathetic and approachable therapist.

 

What does "success" in therapy look like to you?

I believe that individuals are the best experts of their own truth, and when they are able to honor their needs and boundaries, they can return home to themselves and live a more fulfilling and balanced experience. Well-being and peace of mind are able to flourish when symptoms of pain like heavy emotions, substance abuse, chronic stress are reduced and effectively managed.
